The world is gripped by a pandemic of fear and panic. Almost all countries have imposed endless restrictions, quarantines and lockdowns, resulting in massive human rights violations.

Is it all so terrible? Why do statistics include cases where laboratory testing did not detect the coronavirus or was not conducted at all? Who is to blame, and why is the world community unable to cope with the gravest crisis arisen in the health, socio-economic and humanitarian fields? Obviously, what is needed now more than ever is a comprehensive, unbiased analysis of the situation, as well as real, practical steps to resolve the current situation. The Humanistic Outlook Group predicted the coming global problems as early as 2018 and proposed to the United Nations a program for its prevention by the way of transitioning from the age of the Homo Sapiens to the age of the Homo Human. We are convinced that the implementation of this program is the only way to overcome the current crisis and to prevent the emergence of new global threats in the future.
